Blog - Connections

Affinity. Closeness. Longing for connection. These shared experiences are what elevate our lives beyond mere existence. Good or bad, they are the muse for poetry, the rhythm of music, and the ‘heart’ in our heart. This body of work is about exploring just that: our humanity seen through how we connect with something outside ourselves. That moment when we bare our souls and open our hearts.

In the Limelight

Does anyone want to buy a yacht ?  This beauty, the Hurrica V is selling for a hot $4M and boasts being in the recently filmed, Great Gatsby movie. It's a tough day at work when you have to spend it on this baby with the wind in your hair, shooting a corporate portrait. Well done to Mondo Search for taking it out of the board room. I love your style.

For you boat lovers... the Hurrica V was designed in 1922 by Charles Nicholson and built by WM Ford of Sydney. The ex-gaff ketch was built for grazier, William Oliver of Melbourne as a gentleman's cruising yacht and never raced. Most of her sailing has been on the east coast of Australia, except for occasional Pacific trips. When requisitioned for World War 11, Hurrica served as HMAS Stingray for search and rescue around Milne Bay.
